Following a global pandemic, and the huge impact it has had on people’s mental health, it is timely that we invest in innovative approaches to our mental wellbeing. There is a large body of knowledge demonstrating the positive influence culture and creativity can have on health. As we mark Great Mental Health Day 2023, we take a moment to highlight some important projects happening in this area.
